What is the Whistleblowing Center?
This is a reporting channel where unfair business practices or misconduct can be reported.
Employees, business partners, customers, and other stakeholders may report improper requests, provision or acceptance of money or entertainment, corruption or misconduct, and other unfair business practices. All reports are handled confidentially, and the Company protects whistleblowers to ensure that they can report concerns safely and without fear.
The Company accepts reports regarding unethical conduct that violates the Company’s ethical management principles.
Whistleblowers are protected from any disadvantage or retaliation, and all reported information will be kept strictly confidential.
Individuals who cooperate with investigations through statements, submission of materials, or other forms of assistance during the verification process will also receive equal protection.
If a person involved in unethical or illegal conduct voluntarily reports such conduct, disciplinary actions may be reduced or mitigated.
